Expand HqO's landlord footprint through providing a consultative approach to partnership
The ideal candidate has a background in business development and/or sales with experience in SaaS or Corporate Real Estate industries. They are a strong networker, enjoy meeting prospects in person, and navigating to their target buyer and company. They collaborate well with the functions around them and partner well with those on your direct team. You will be joining the Boston team focused on expanding HqO’s footprint in the Boston CRE market. You will be aligned with the Boston GM and directly supported by a Field Marketer.
Responsibilities
Work closely and collaboratively with your GM and the marketing team to build out our network of Brokers, Landlords, Asset Managers, and Property Managers in the Boston market. communication plans
Directly engage in person, over email, and via phone with a network of corporate real estate contacts to introduce them to the HqO suite of products, secure meetings with your General Manager, and acquire them as a customer.
Work collaboratively with Field Marketing to deploy high value events and own the follow up.
Qualifications
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
A strong interest in corporate real estate, business and sales
A people person, passionate about sharing the story of HqO with prospective clients
The desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
